David has over 20 years experience in the legal industry. After graduating from the St. John's University School of Law in 2004, he was an associate working in insurance defense in auto liability and medical benefits.

Due to his hard work ethic, proclivity for bold action, and direct writing style, he specialized in handling complex medical and investigative matters that routinely involved large monetary disputes. He acquired a unique insight and understanding of the automobile insurance industry, including policies, claims handling, and investigations. He then opened his law firm to use his skills to fight back against abusive insurance tactics. He uses his valuable experience to help guide clients in all of their legal needs. He has extensive experience in aspects of those areas, including no-fault billing, claims, arbitrations, examinations, hearings, and trials. David's history extends to other areas of commercial and private litigation where he has fought relentlessly for justice for his clients. For instance, he brought his hard-working and gritty style of practicing law when he successfully handled defense and prosecution of behalf of residential borrowers who were the victims of fraudulent and predatory lending, and obtained a multi-million dollar judgment, including punitive damages, on their behalf [Aries Financial LLC v. 12005 142nd St. LLC, 127 A.D.3d 900 AD3d (2d Dept. 2015)].

He has also successfully handled another high-stakes commercial fraud litigation case involving ownership of a multi-million dollar commercial property [(32nd Avenue LLC v. Angelo Holding Corp., 88 A.D.3d 986 (2d Dept. 2011)].
